So the Creamy Chicken and Rice dinner didn't go over very well. We didn't have the correct salad dressing, so we substituted regular Italian. I also hate measuring out, so an eyeball here and and smidgen there.... you get the picture.
I think this recipe is worth a 2nd try, but overall, it did not go over very well. Oh, well sometimes you got it, and sometimes you don't.
I'm really struggling today with a menu for this week. We may have a "Menu plan Tuesday" by the time I actually get around to finishing it. We'll see.
I also am contemplating a baking day this weekend. If I had been thinking I would have done this over the weekend, to help with the heating bill. Oh well... live and learn.
